The Ministry of Justice proposed to make public the personal data of “foreign agents” and “extremists”
Changes are made to:
– order maintaining a unified register of individuals affiliated with foreign agents;
– order maintaining the register of foreign agents and posting the information contained therein on the official website;
– order formation, maintenance and use of a unified register of information about persons involved in the activities of an extremist or terrorist organization.
The following information about the “involved persons” will be made publicly available:
– ФИО;
– данные документа, удостоверяющего личность;
– домашний адрес;
– ИНН;
– СНИЛС.
We recall that earlier the Ministry of Justice demanded the actual opportunity to conduct searches at “foreign agents”.
