The police punished a Muscovite who wrote a statement about the loss of a bag with important documents, and then found it himself. For carelessness.

A resident of the capital turned to law enforcement officers with a statement about the loss of a bag with securities at the Skolkovo station. He estimated the damage at 116k rubles, received a copy of the decision and did not particularly hope for a successful outcome. But it happened.

A couple of days later, the person who picked it up contacted the owner of the bag and returned the loss. The man went to the department to pick up a statement, where he was handed a protocol for a careless attitude to documents. And this is a fine of 300 rubles under Article 19.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (loss of a passport through negligence) – for inattention and negligence.
