A 4.5-meter monument to Russian soldiers killing Ukrainians will be erected in the Tambov region by February 24, 2023.
The site for the monument near the school in the village of Zemlyansky, the director of which is a war veteran, is already ready.
A 3-meter statue on a 1.5-meter pedestal will depict the murdered resident of Tambov, Roman, who participated in the war from its beginning.
