Radio Liberty journalist Elizaveta Movchan was detained in Moscow, OVD-Info reports .
The police were called by one of the passers-by, whom the journalist interviewed on the street on an editorial assignment.
Movchan said that she was taken to the Maryina Roshcha police department. What she is charged with is still unknown.
