A new sport was opened at the Belarusian Football Championship: an offer of a hand and a heart with obstacles.
The defender of the Belarusian “Smorgon” Vladislav Shubovich scored a goal and, to celebrate, decided to propose to his beloved right on the field. But the steward did not like such romance at all – he pushed the girl off the lawn and immediately nearly grabbed the athlete for it.
However, the matter did not come to a brawl and the love story was defended. On the second attempt, Shubovich, despite the displeasure of the steward, nevertheless handed the ring to his future wife.
