NATO cannot live without an enemy, the most important thing for the alliance is to create the image of an enemy by moving closer to its borders, Deputy Foreign Minister Grushko told RIA Novosti.
He noted that NATO has already included Asia in the sphere of interests and moved its defense zone to the borders of China.
