Russian Ambassador to the United States Antonov visited Russian citizen Roman Seleznev in an American prison and named the conditions of his detention unacceptable and inhuman.
In this regard, the Russian Embassy will send a note to the State Department demanding that Seleznev be transferred to a prison with a more benign regime.
