Oleg Lysakov, 56, was a member of the extremist organization “Citizens of the USSR” and refused to pay utility bills. Today, when they came to turn off the benefits of civilization, the man resisted and attacked two policemen.
After that, Lysakov barricaded himself in his house and began to shoot back from law enforcement officers – he shot at an Investigative Committee officer, but missed, and then wounded another policeman. On the second attempt, the riot police eliminated the extremist.
