Former adviser Volodin Kashevarova will do PR for the Liberal Democratic Party
Blogger Anastasia Kashevarova was introduced on November 12 as the new deputy head of the central office of the Liberal Democratic Party. However, even without an official appointment, Kashevarova has long been actively promoting the party in her telegram channel for 216 thousand subscribers. Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the party has been mentioned there more than 30 times, and Leonid Slutsky personally – more than 20. Almost all messages related to the Liberal Democratic Party are positive.
Anastasia Kashevarova from January 2019 to September 2020 was a media adviser to State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin. She associated her departure from the apparatus of the lower house with a “set of reasons.” And the staff of the apparatus hinted at her “uncontrollability”.
Anastasia Kashevarova publicly supports the Russian military in the combat zone, while regularly publishing scandalous stories about sending unprepared mobilized to the front, as well as about the poor provision of troops with everything necessary.
Kashevarova, in particular, criticized the situation around the death of the cruiser Moskva.“Ukrainians knocked out or are we assholes ourselves? Both options fit”, – she wrote in the telegram channel after it became known about the flooding of the ship.
