The hearing on the case of activist Olga Misik was postponed
Today, the court in Voskresensk near Moscow was supposed to replace her restriction of liberty in the case of vandalism (the case of the “booth of federal significance”) for a real term. Olga herself is not in Russia, previously she was announced on the federal wanted list. Nevertheless, the court intends to invite the activist to participate in the process. A new date for the hearing is not yet known, the judge’s assistant told Sota.
Recall that the criminal prosecution of Misik is connected with the action in support of the defendants in the New Greatness case. In August 2020 Olga pasted posters and women’s pads with easily washable paint for the booth of the General Prosecutor’s Office. According to investigators, damage was caused to the building.
