The city court of St. Petersburg confirmed the decision of the first instance on a fine of 35 thousand rubles for “discrediting the army” to the head of the Yabloko faction in the city parliament, Alexander Shishlov.
According to the court, Shishlov discredited her with three posts – about the death of Zhirinovsky, the St. George ribbon and the beginning of the Great Patriotic War in comparison with the attack on Ukraine.
By words Shishlov’s colleague Boris Vishnevsky, “the judge began to announce the decision 5 seconds after the final remark of Shishlov, without even taking a break for the sake of decency to make a decision.”
