The President of Poland held talks with the NATO Secretary General, Warsaw clarifies the grounds for the activation of the 4th article of the alliance’s charter – on consultations in the event of a threat to one of the countries.
The NATO Secretary General said that he was monitoring the situation in Poland and consulting with allies, and stated the need to “establish all the facts” in connection with the incident on Polish territory.
