The trial in the case of “fakes about the army” against the head of the Bar Association of Udmurtia, Dmitry Talantov, will be held near Izhevsk on the principle of jurisdiction, since Talantov committed his “crime” in the form of a post about the massacre in Bucha, Irpen and Kharkov at a dacha near the capital of the republic.
He himself does not intend to argue with the choice of the court, reports “Kommersant”.
Recall that the case against Talantov was brought against the backdrop of his defense of journalist Ivan Safronov.
