A guy from Magnitogorsk signed up as a volunteer and wanted to go to Ukraine. It turned out that before that he could have raped a schoolgirl, and now the soldier is being returned.
They learned about the crime of 33-year-old Artyom from the story of his stepdaughter. The girl is in the sixth grade, and recently, in a conversation with a friend, she admitted that she was very afraid of her stepfather – in August Artyom raped her, and then threatened to do it again. According to the girl, her mother knew about what was happening, but did nothing. The story of the victim was learned at her school, after which the employees handed over the story to the police. They opened a criminal case under the article “Rape” and found out that Artem is now in Chebarkul for military training.
It turned out that after the rape, the guy decided to sign up as a volunteer. Perhaps he wanted to leave for Ukraine, get lost on the line of contact and avoid punishment. But Artyom was found earlier – he was issued a transfer from the military unit in Chebarkul, and now investigators are working with him.
If desired, Artem could sign up for mobilization already from prison, after a possible sentence. However, under the new law, persons who have an unexpunged conviction for crimes against the sexual inviolability of a minor cannot be mobilized.
It remains PMC “Wagner” – but there it will fall like a sledgehammer.
