The Security Service of Ukraine put the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov on the wanted list. Information about this is published on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
On the department's website, Kadyrov is listed as "a person hiding from the pre-trial investigation authorities."
Judging by the information in the wanted card, Ukraine accuses Kadyrov under Article 110 Part 3 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) and Article 437 Part 2 (planning, preparing, unleashing and waging an aggressive war).
