The flows of cars on the Moscow High-Speed Diameter will be controlled by artificial intelligence, Sobyanin told RIA Novosti. MSD will be free for residents of the capital region, paid – only for transit. And the only fully toll road in Moscow will be the backup of Kutuzovsky Prospekt, which should be built by the end of 2023 only through private investment.
