Ksenia Sobchak apologized before Sergei Chemezov.
“My colleagues, young guys (Kirill Sukhanov, Arian Romanovsky, Tamerlan Bigaev) became defendants in a criminal case of extortion. Now they are in jail, they face serious charges. There is no political context. I know that the guys sincerely regret what happened. Their fate will be decided by the court. I believe that law enforcement agencies will show sympathy and leniency,” Sobchak said.
Formerly Sobchak called case against his colleagues with a raid on “the last free editorial office in Russia.”
