“Russia has 10 times more artillery, Russia has 30 times more ammunition, and in aviation the Russians still have significant superiority, and first of all, these are anti-aircraft missiles, including in the zone of our counter-offensive operation”
Poroshenko also said that the Lend-Lease program was never launched, despite promises.
