Poroshenko told Russian pranksters who identified themselves as McFaul: “Putin still has significant resources to achieve victory … Our success on the battlefield is not enough. It’s enough to save Ukraine, but it’s not enough to weaken Putin.”
He also said that the outcome “depends much less on Ukraine and the Ukrainians, much more depends on the wisdom of the American people.”
