Social networks publish a video of the explosion in the Dnieper. According to eyewitnesses (and according to the date on the registrar), the video was filmed today.
Earlier it was reported that an air alert was announced throughout Ukraine.
The country’s Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported that Russian troops had launched strikes, including on the Southern Machine-Building Plant in Dnipro and several energy facilities.
