Netherlands announces ruling on MH17 crash
The court in The Hague confirmed that the Malaysian Boeing MH17 crashed as a result of the launch of a Buk missile launched from the direction of the village of Pervomaiskoye in the Donetsk region. The court also ruled that the “DNR” at that moment was under the control of Russia.
The defendants in the case are Igor Girkin (Strelkov) and his former subordinates Sergei Dubinsky, Oleg Pulatov and Leonid Kharchenko.
