The Hague court ruled that the Malaysian Boeing MH17 was shot down in 2014 from the Buk air defense system from Pervomaisky in the DPR.
Now in the Netherlands they are announcing the verdict in the case of the plane shot down over Ukraine 8 years ago. 298 people died in the crash. Four defendants are involved in the case: Russians Igor Girkin (aka Strelkov), Sergey Dubinsky, Oleg Pulatov and Ukrainian Leonid Kharchenko. Pulatov is represented in court by an international group of lawyers, while the rest of the suspects are being tried in absentia.
