The resumption of ammonia transit through the pipeline from Tolyatti to Odessa cannot be subject to preconditions, this is an exclusively commercial project, Deputy Foreign Minister Vershinin told RIA Novosti.
The transit was stopped on February 24 after the start of the special operation. According to Vershinin, the pipe is in good condition and can be launched. About 2.5 million tons of raw materials were transshipped through it annually.
