They are trying to take away the exclusive rights to the SMAK brand from Andrey Makarevich. AT intellectual property court filed the relevant claim. The plaintiff is Dobry Smak LLC, the defendant is the trademark owner of Samy SMAK Production Company LLC, the beneficiary of which is Makarevich himself.
At the moment, the claim left without movement in connection with non-confirmation of payment of the state duty, the deadline for eliminating deficiencies is until December 15.
