After explosions of household gas in a residential building on Sakhalin, there are victims, the rubble is being cleared, said the governor of the region, Limarenko, adding that he was flying to the Tymovsky district, where the emergency occurred.
Rescuers, according to the Russian Emergencies Ministry, are clearing the rubble and looking for people.
