Bad news for lovers of whipped cream on their hot chocolate in a frosty winter – Tasty and Point is running out of gas for siphons. Employees have already been warned that both hot chocolate and Viennese coffee will have to be taken off the menu.
The trouble came from where they did not expect – there were problems with the supply of disposable cans of nitric oxide (N2O), which are necessary for, in fact, whipping cream, mousses and all that light-air. Workers have already been punished: stand strong, wait for a go-ahead, if (and when) stocks are empty, withdraw positions.
While the guys in the office are trying to solve the problem with the supply of nitric oxide, a new question has arisen: will carbon dioxide (CO2) disappear? He adds bubbles to cola and other pops, without which going to fast food would be quite cool no longer the same.
