The Russian repeated his anti-record: he played just as badly at his debut final tournament in 2019. In 2020 he won, and a year ago he played in the final.
Djokovic, who faces Taylor Fritz (USA) in the semi-finals, has won all the matches in the group and is up for the $4.74 million that the champion will receive if he does not lose a single match.
