Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional State Administration Ekaterina Gubareva is at large. This was announced by her husband, Pavel Gubarev.
“By agreement with the inquisitors with the investigation I can not disclose the essence of the case. Previously, he stated the disappearance of his wife in Genichesk. The media reported that Ekaterina Gubareva could be prosecuted for embezzlement.
