In the Far Eastern city of Svobodny, located in the Amur region near the border with China, there were announcements about actions in case of a “civil defense signal”: residents are invited to take documents and go down to the basements in this case.
Recall that earlier in Blagoveshchensk held exercises on actions during a missile attack and started cooking bomb shelters.
