Lilia Yushchenko released after anti-war picket Petersburg with protocols for discrediting the army and failure to fulfill the duties of raising children.
RusNews journalist Elina Kozich, who was captured with her, was also released, but without protocol.
Both detainees also wrote statements against the guards who seized them.
