Moscow’s economy has stabilized, contrary to forecasts; the situation is not brilliant, but no collapse occurred, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin told RIA Novosti.
Moscow feels confident on the budget. According to the mayor, the capital can do without actual borrowing next year.
