At the end of October, journalists Alexander Plyushchev and Tatyana Felgenhauer, producer Alexander Rodnyansky and five other people were included in the register of individuals-"foreign agents". Among them are politician Ilya Ponomarev and the head of Transparency International – Russia Ilya Shumanov. Journalist Mikhail Zygar was included in the list of media outlets as “foreign agents”.
