How students are persecuted in the regions
Bogdan Ovchinnikov went to picket in Tomsk in March of the year with a poster “Tragedy”. For this, the guy was fined 45 thousand rubles, and a month later the university management expelled Bogdan altogether. Over the past six months, the fate of Ovchinnikov was repeated by several more “unreliable” students from different regions of Russia.
