Sverdlovsk regional the court acquitted Alexander Vasiliev, a security guard at the Yeltsin Center, who painted eyes on a painting worth 75 million rubles, for lack of corpus delicti.
Earlier, the Verkh-Isetsky Court of Yekaterinburg sentenced him to 180 hours of compulsory work, and also prescribed him treatment by a psychiatrist.
