The APEC summit (which unites 21 countries) has opened in Bangkok, for the first time since 2018 it has been held entirely in person. The delegation of the Russian Federation is headed by First Deputy Prime Minister Belousov. The demonstrators staged a protest before the start, but the police prevented them from marching to the summit site.
