The day after the arrival of Ksenia Sobchak at Rostec, the investigation denied a complaint about initiating a criminal case against Arian Romanovsky, who is suspected of extorting Sergei Chemezov.
The complaint stated that Romanovsky was only fulfilling the tasks of Ksenia Sobchak for the Turn Out the Lights project. It proves treaty, which Sobchak concluded with journalists. According to the defense, there is no evidence in the case file that confirms Aryan’s involvement in the alleged crime.
Despite the arguments of the defense, on November 16, the investigator issued a decision to refuse to satisfy the complaint to initiate a criminal case.
