The first victim was found under the rubble of a house on Sakhalin – this is a resident of an apartment on the fifth floor.
Several other victims have already been taken to the hospital. The rest of the residents will be temporarily accommodated in the local House of Culture on Kirovskaya, 68. Inside there is everything you need – beds, food, water.
