A resident of Rostov was taken to the police department for petty hooliganism, and then hospitalized from there with skull fractures. The doctors explained that the man fell out of bed unsuccessfully.
On the evening of November 4, the police detained Valery Golushko on suspicion of petty hooliganism. After that, the 67-year-old man was taken to the Rostov Police Department No. 8, where he spent the next few hours. For such a crime, Golushko was threatened with a fine of 500 rubles, but already at half past three in the morning Valery was taken from the police to the hospital.
The doctors were told that Valery just fell out of bed unsuccessfully. Doctors diagnosed him with a closed craniocerebral injury with a broken bone, a contusion of the brain and contact with a blunt object. It was not possible to save the detainee – three days later, on November 8, he died.
What exactly happened to the detainee at the police station is unknown. The case has already been taken up by employees of their own security and investigators. Law enforcement officers who may be involved in the “fall” of Valery, in the future, face terms under articles on intentional infliction of bodily harm resulting in death and abuse of power.
