An employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from the Stavropol Territory lost secret documents related to mobilization. Now she faces criminal charges.
Too forgetful was 48-year-old Vera L., a specialist-expert in the office of the mobilization training department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Stavropol Territory. After the announcement of the mobilization, Vera somehow managed to lose two important documents classified as secret: a certificate on the state of mobilization training of citizens in the Ipatovsky urban district and a statement of the provision of weapons and means of radiation, chemical and biological protection.
We learned about the loss at the end of October. The woman herself could not explain why and where the documents disappeared. Now all the materials on the incident have been sent to the FSB. She faces a criminal case under the rare article “Loss of documents containing state secrets” and three years in prison.
