Since the introduction in June by Ukraine of a visa regime with Russia, visas got only 10 Russians.
It is impossible to get a visa in Russia: the company VFS Global, which is supposed to provide such services, has left the country. Because of this, Russians can only apply to foreign representations of Ukraine.
