The death toll from a gas explosion in a five-story building on Sakhalin has increased to 9 people. Four of them are children.
Rescuers are still continuing to eliminate the consequences of the explosion, risking their health. The video shows an injured employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, who is taken away on a medical gurney.
