Police in Yakutsk this morning not given hold a rally in support of the head of the Amginsky ulus, Mikhail Artemyev, who was removed from the elections by signature.
The Yakut weather made the situation special: the security forces blocked the area at minus 31 degrees.
On November 17, the Electoral Committee announced that candidate Artemiev forged the signatures of his wife and relatives among 67 signatures. He intends to appeal the decision to withdraw.
