The UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine called for an investigation into the video of the massacre of Ukrainian militants over unarmed Russian soldiers.
“The Mission is aware of the existence of this video and is investigating it,” the Associated Press said in a statement.
Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Stefanishina, for her part, claims that Kyiv will study the video of the murder of Russian prisoners of war. When asked whether Ukraine would allow an international investigation, the official said that “there are no problems with this.”
