❗️Putin approved a new budget rule – it will be possible to allocate no more than 8 trillion rubles of oil and gas revenues per year to finance expenses in 2023-2025, then the figure will be indexed every year by 4%.
For 2023 and 2024, the rule has been relaxed – higher spending from oil and gas rent is allowed, so spending from the NWF is allowed at 2.9 trillion and 1.6 trillion, respectively.
