❗️Representatives of the power lobby in the State Duma developed draft law, according to which the concept of “suppression of international terrorist activity” in the law on military service is replaced by “carrying out by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies of counter-terrorist and other operations outside the territory of the Russian Federation.”
Thus, the military operations of the Russian Federation are not supposed to be limited to the fight against international terrorism: the army can be used for foreign operations of any nature, from sabotage to occupation.
Also, military personnel will be able to be sent anywhere in the world already on an official basis, in fact, equalizing them in this with PMC militants.
