Shelling of liberated Kherson continues
The shelling of the right-bank part of the Kherson region and Kherson itself continues. On November 21, explosions were heard in the city. This was announced by the first deputy chairman of the regional council Yuriy Sobolevsky. “We again have arrivals in Kherson, again on civilian infrastructure. There are wounded civilians, medical care is being provided," Yury Sobolevsky said.
According to the head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko, as a result of the shelling of Kherson by the Russian military, four injured people were taken to the regional hospital. One person died during hospitalization.
The Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets said that residents of the Kherson region were subjected to more severe methods of torture than residents of those regions that were under temporary occupation earlier: Kharkiv, Kiev and Chernihiv. He named three differences from torture in other areas: that men and women were kept together, that each cell had surveillance cameras, and that torture chambers had a separate cell for teenagers.
