Germany offered Poland Patriot air defense systems after missile crash

Germany has offered Poland assistance in ensuring airspace security after the incident with the fall of a rocket in a Polish village on the border with Ukraine. Reuters writes about this with reference to German Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht.

In particular, Berlin offered Warsaw assistance in the form of Patriot air defense systems. Earlier, the German government also announced that it was ready to provide Poland with its Eurofighter fighters to protect the airspace.

The rocket fell on November 15 in the village of Przewodov in the Lublin Voivodeship of Poland, 6 km from the border with Ukraine. As a result, two people died and the grain dryer was damaged. OSINT specialists, after analyzing the photos and videos, came to the conclusion that the wreckage is similar to a part of the engine of the Soviet missile of the S-300 complex, which is in service with the Ukrainian air defense.
