Lithuania refused to transfer Panzerhaubitze 2000 howitzers and NASAMS anti-aircraft systems to Ukraine. The Lithuanian Minister of Defense said that “neither opinions nor arguments” from the meeting on this decision can be disclosed because of secrecy.
