Member of the Human Rights Council Igor Ashmanov at a meeting of the State Duma Committee on Media insists on copying the Chinese experience in the regulation of computer games:
– only blue, not red blood;
– access to online games only until 22:00 and on selected days.
Also, according to Ashmanov, games for consoles are sold on “cassettes”.
Alexander Khinshtein adds that computer games are “computer programs”.
