Russia hit civilian infrastructure in Kherson, there are wounded – regional council

Russia again hit civilian infrastructure in Kherson. This was announced by Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional Council Yuri Sobolevsky in the Telegram channel.

“We again have arrivals in Kherson, again on civilian infrastructure. There are wounded civilians, medical assistance is being provided.”

In the morning, the media, as well as local residents on social networks, reported explosions in Kherson. The air raid alert was not issued.

Also on November 21, it became known that almost all offices in the SBU building in Kherson were mined. According to Vladislav Nazarov, spokesman for the Yug operational command, explosive devices cannot be removed, so the only way out is to blow up the entire building.

After the Armed Forces of Ukraine occupied Kherson, on November 15 Russia launched a massive missile attack on Kiev and more than ten other cities in Ukraine. A total of 90 missiles were launched: "Caliber" – from the Black Sea, X-101, X-555 – from the Caspian Sea, as well as from the Rostov region. According to the Air Force of Ukraine, 73 out of 90 launched missiles and 10 Shahed-136 kamikaze drones were shot down by air defense systems. However, some missiles hit residential buildings and critical infrastructure.
